Fluid is a Los Angeles based production company that specializes in creating compelling stories in a variety of different mediums, from feature films, documentaries and web series, to commercials and brand profile videos. Fluid's most recent projects include the feature films "The Story of Luke" and "FIXED".

Fluid also specializes in providing production services for international film and television projects shooting in the United States, and has worked with companies like Danmarks Radio (DR), TV2, TV3, Blu, Danish Documentary, SBS, SandTV, Eyeworks/Warner Bros, & VPRO.



Nina is a graduate of the University of Copenhagen’s Film and Media Science Program and has an MFA from the Producing Program at the American Film Institute. Before moving to Los Angeles, Nina worked in the Danish Film & TV industry as a production manager, line producer and producer on commercials, music videos, TV series and documentaries. She was also studio manager for the Scandinavian video game production company Deadline Games.

She produced the short film “The Last Full Measure”, directed by Alexandra Kerry, which screened at the 2004 Cannes Film Festival, the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and the 2005 AFI Festival. It received awards from Austin Film Festival and St. Louis Film Festival among others. Additionally, Nina was associate producer in Chad Feehan's feature "Beneath the Dark" and producer in Ulrich Thomsen's feature debut "In Embryo". 

She has also developed her own feature projects, including “The Story of Luke”, which she produced alongside Fred Roos (The Godfather II, Lost in Translation) and most recently, the comedy "FIXED".

Alonso grew up traveling back and forth between Lima, Peru and Lawrence, Kansas. He studied Journalism at the University of Lima and was a Directing Fellow at the American Film Institute. His AFI thesis film, “Wednesday Afternoon”, screened in over 25 festivals around the world and won the Student Academy Award. In 2008, he directed “Viva La Causa”, a documentary for the Southern Poverty Law Center’s Teaching Tolerance Film Series, which was shortlisted for the Documentary Short Subject Academy Award.

In 2010, he directed the unscripted online drama “Untitled Fiction Project” and in 2012 he directed its follow up, the interactive thriller “Untitled Murder Project 2.0”. In 2011, he directed the feature length comedy/drama “The Story of Luke”, starring Lou Taylor Pucci, Seth Green, Cary Elwes and Kristin Bauer. The film won over 20 top prizes including Best Film from the San Diego Film Festival, Irvine Film Festival and San Luis Obispo Film Festival and was released in 2013 by Gravitas Ventures.

His latest film is the "vasectomy-induced midlife crisis" comedy "FIXED", which had its world premiere at the Cinequest Film Festival and is slated for release in February 2018.
